The MO-Shackle is a one-component shackle with a double locking mechanism. The MO-Shackle is patented by Hylestad Solutions and certified DNV-ST-2.7-3. The MO-Shackle’s purpose is for general lifting purposes and can be used according to the standard DNV-2.7-3.
It is a very user friendly shackle that can be locked without using any external tools or parts, and can be safely used without risk of losing parts.
The main materials are 42CrMo4 material (1.7225 steel) and C45. The load bearing material is 42CrMo4.

The Mo-shackle shall only be used by competent persons who have obtained the required knowledge and training. The Mo-shackles are designed and produced for use in controlled lifting operations of various constructions.
